They range from beaches and parks to farms, adventure playgrounds and cinemas.

14. West Wittering beach
Living on the coast we are lucky to have so many beaches close to us. One of the most well known beaches is West Wittering beach, a sandy beach in West Sussex. Last year you had to book your slot which helped with social distancing and overcrowding so it will be interesting to see what happens this summer. Photo: Steve Robards
15. WWT Arundel Wetland Centre
Wander along the wooden boardwalk of decks and bridges through a world of towering reeds and glistening lakes. Or take to the water on the Wetland Discovery boat safari. Hand feed ducks and geese and enjoy the outdoor adventure Pond Life play area. Photo: WWT Arundel
16. Cinema
Sussex has many chain and independent cinemas across the county, such as Worthing Dome (pictured). Hopefully they will be open this summer and showing classic children films as well as new releases.
