Meet the Rottingdean team

A special ‘Meet the Mewes’ event has been organised for Wednesday, March 1, from 6.30-7.30pm at the Rottingdean Whiteway Centre. It’s open to all pet owners – sadly without their canine or feline companions on this occasion – to enjoy a relaxed and informal cheese and wine event.

It’s your chance to meet vet Julia Mewes and her colleagues, ask questions and find out for yourself about the extensive services on offer in Rottingdean.

About The Mewes Vets

There was a vet on Marine Drive for five decades, but sadly it closed its doors during the lockdown, forcing people to travel for veterinary care. Now Julia’s practice, with no affiliation to the previous firm or with any corporate chain, has opened to provide full vet services.

The new business is owned independently and run by highly-experienced Sussex vet Dr Julia Mewes, who is already well known for her Haywards Heath Clinic. Haywards Heath was named the best vets in West Sussex in 2021 at the UK Best Vet Awards.

The Mewes Vets is now open in Rottingdean, and at its flagship clinic in Haywards Road, Haywards Heath.

Don’t forget to enter the competition for a chance to win the hamper.
