LETTER: Professional and caring

Following recent surgery at a private hospital, I developed an infection which necessitated my attending the Walk-in Centre at Crawley Hospital I was dealt with at reception in a friendly manner and promptly seen Dr Kaufman and his team.

The treatment I received was professional and caring and this continued for a few days until Dr Ali was satisfied that the treatment had been successful and I was discharged. I would like to express my thanks to all concerned and a special thank you to Marie, the health care assistant, for her kindness. I am most impressed with the Walk-in facility at Crawley Hospital and it should serve as a bench mark as to how the NHS should be run. My congratulations to all concerned.
