This time Ocean House on Hazelwick avenue.

Don’t be fooled that the developer wants to ease the housing crises. This building was built to make money and now can’t get anyone to use it, so let’s change it into flats to sell at high prices to make huge profits on the original outlay of the building. Rather than change the use of this office, please knock down Stoner House and rebuild that. Stoner House is earmarked to be turned into flats but what an ugly building it’s always been. Best to start from scratch.
