He praised his attack for scoring three goals but believes his defence needs to do improve.

Drummy said: “The first half was really pleasing because I thought we played some great combination football.

“The second half we went off the boil and when people stop doing their jobs, people open up, we made an error, but then we got back into the game.

“The Lewes team played really well second half - they changed their formation and we didn’t deal with it as well as I would have liked, but nevertheless we got a good work-out.”

Drummy praised Bobson Bawling for his overall performance and his two goals.

He said: “Bobson’s lively and he works hard gets into scoring positions. He had four of five chances and scored two. I am pleased he has got his goals and he works really hard for the team.”

Drummy cricticised his defence for conceding a goal which brought Lewes back into the game midway into the second half at 2-1.

He said: “A bad back pass, we take a risk there, If we don’t respect teams will press us, we’ll be in trouble.

People have got to get better on the ball. I have to have good defenders but I have to have technical players as well. They have got to keep working on their distribution to stay in the team.

“The 90 minutes for some of them was a good push and we’ve got to do that against Aldershot with some of the other boys.”
